Since 2004, Supermercado El Tapatío has been a beacon in the heart of Georgia, growing alongside our beloved Latino community. Our story begins with four brothers whose roots intertwine in a picturesque town near Guadalajara, Mexico. United by a dream, they embarked with passion and dedication to bring Supermercado El Tapatío to life from an early age, they worked tirelessly; the eldest brother, inspired by the opportunity to create a supermarket, invested his heart and soul into the project. Soon, the four brothers joined this mission, taking on various roles, from butchers to grocers and taco makers.
Our humble beginnings transformed into a vibrant supermarket that offers an authentic variety of fresh products from Mexico, Central America and South America. Our dedication and continuous growth have been guided by the desire to keep our roots alive, adding departments such as a tortilla shop, bakery and money transfer services.
Today, our customers and friends recognize us for our tireless work, high-quality products and competitive prices.
